Recruitment Sales Consultant

Northampton / Hybrid Remote

Salary £55K OTE Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our vibrant Automotive Recruitment Team in Northampton. Working with an existing, successful, and high-performing team, with a mix of established, experienced and trainee consultants, as an experienced Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to manage your own business area, delivering first-class recruitment services to our existing and your new automotive customers.

The person:

  • Work as part of a team who are driven to work hard but know when to have fun
  • Business Development / Sales identify and secure new business, build and develop relationships with existing and new automotive clients.
  • Identify and building partnerships with candidates at all levels.
  • Provide outstanding service to your automotive clients and candidates.
  • Source new candidates, pre-screen, and conduct interviews.
  • Generate leads to further develop our standing within the automotive sector.
  • Identify new opportunities inside and outside our current automotive sector.
  • Experienced in managing the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job.
