NB: This is an on-site role for as a 12 month FTC, where you will be required to come into the office 5 days a week (with flexible hours). Ensure FSA quality control floor walks are completed in accordance with agreed processes and SLAs
Provide logistical support as required
Utilise the Helpdesk for issue reporting
Assist and support Bedford projects where directed
Follow all the documented Facilities processes
Perform duties to agreed customer service levels
Liaise with Building Management where necessary and as directed
Liaise with vendors / contractors where necessary and as directed
Help ensure a culture of transparent communication is in place and actively followed
Create an environment of service excellence within the Floor Services Team
To assist the group facilities coordinator with day to day tasks and cover during annual leave.
Professional Customer Services approach
Ability to find creative solutions to ad hoc requests
Extensive experience in a similar corporate real estate services (CRES) or facilities role would be advantageous.
