An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional administrator with excellent customer service skills, to join the Student and Academic Support Team, embedded within the School of Aerospace, Transport and Manufacturing.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the delivery of academic administration, student support and ensuring high levels of customer service and student satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact for students, staff and external partners on specific courses for advice, guidance and support.

You will work very closely with academic staff to ensure that the student experience is effective, consistent and of a high standard. It will be important to build good working relationships across the University.
