Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire our client is an exciting, instantly recognised and growing company looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days onsite required per week.
This job would ideally suit someone with a numerical degree who is looking for their second role in a revenue management function, ideally within the travel industry. They will be responsible for helping the business achieve their ambitious revenue, margin and guest targets by ensuring to maximise occupancy.
The successful individual will be commercial focused, analytically minded and a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. Advanced Excel skills are a must, as well as previous experience building reports in either Power BI or Tableau.also with experience of using Office applications.
Develop methodology to identify optimum fleet mix to drive margin
Work closely with marketing to ensure all promotional activity is in line with performance requirements
Undertake regular updates to park General Managers, to ensure engagement with pricing strategy, share performance and determine actions for success
Present performance, opportunities and risks in weekly trading meeting.
Work with Senior Revenue Manager on yearly budget process, feeding in detailed historical analysis to ensure accurate and realistic budget is created
Help oversee Revenue Analysts, ensuring appropriate coaching and development is undertaken
Work with Senior Revenue Manager & Director of Revenue Management on developing the future of pricing capability
