We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the education sector, and a passion for driving positive change in education.
Identify school prospects
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, districts, and educational institutions
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects
Execute and improve upon sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the UK market
Forecast sales revenue and track performance against targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales pipeline growth and conversion rates
5+ years of experience in sales roles, preferably within the EdTech or education sector; sales leadership role experience is a plus
~ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
~ Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship-building
~ A strong existing network with senior leadership teams in education is a plus
~ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. education, business, marketing)

Competitive salary
~32, 36 or 40 hours a week on a freelance basis
~24 vacation days based on 40h work week
