Job Description - Senior Technology Analyst (14493)
Airline Operations Technology manage, support, and oversee change for a range of critical services used to run the airline. Schedule & Roster Production, Aircraft & Crew Management, Engineering Maintenance & Safety, Flight Operations and Airport Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique team managing operationally critical solutions in a very fast paced and fun environment with exposure to all aspects of the business, IT services and technologies. 
To design and configure new or existing applications to support the needs of the business and to provide 3rd line application support for complex issues. 
⦁ Support project managers in development of new and/or improved business solutions to systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and supportable, in-line with the business requirement specifications and project plans. Provide 3rd line systems support for assigned systems. Translate complex business interactions into rigorous technical analysis and technical system solutions by working with systems vendors, escalating issues as appropriate and ensuring alignment between the suppliers and the strategic direction of systems in easyJet. 
Supplier management skills – gravitas to engage senior stakeholders
⦁ Demonstrable & relevant systems experience in 2nd/3rd line support
⦁ We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
