Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst

Reporting to: Technical Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team providing IT support on various issues.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy, prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assist in mentoring and training team members.
  • Address user requirements with commercial insight.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies.


Skills & Qualifications: Required:

  • Minimum 3 years in technical support with leadership experience.
  • Project management skills, including proposal writing.
  • Strong knowledge of OS, networking, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Microsoft & Apple OS
  • Kaseya & Datto Products
  • Office365 & Intune
  • Desktop/mobile support
  • Android and iPhone devices
  • PoS/EPoS
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
