My client is a leading company in Wolverhampton who are committed to excellence and fostering a positive work environment for our employees.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous HR admin experience, with CIPD Level 3 certification being desirable but not mandatory. This role will involve supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
Assist with the administration of HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and databases
Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required
Previous experience in HR administration is highly desirable
CIPD Level 3 certification is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and WordBenefits:
Competitive salary of £24,700 per annum
