We are currently recruiting for a **HR Assistant **for our clients team based in Tamworth, Birmingham.

This is a heavily administrative role working close with the HR Manager and the Head of HR in addition to the key stakeholders, in order to deliver an exceptional HR experience to the business.

The role holder must be able to cope with the repetition of the day-to-day administrative work whilst being able to work with initiative, at pace, with accuracy, whilst maintaining the excellent standards of the business.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the creation of job vacancies on internal and external platforms
- Responsible for logging all CV’s into the business
- Assisting the HR Manager with CV review
- Obtaining feedback from the hiring manager and provide weekly feedback to the HR Manager on vacancy status
- Attend interviews as necessary to assist with note taking
- Issue interview notes to the hiring manager

Skills and Requirements:

- Possess Humble Honest Hungry and Smart behaviours
- Strong organisational Skills
- Excellent communication skills with all levels
- High attention to detail, producing accurate reports and documentation
- Ability to work independently
- Able to work collaboratively, listen to others’ views, opinions and be objective and use evidence and feedback when decision making
- Highly motivated, always looking for improvements and efficient way of working
- Achieve own objectives in line with the business needs
