As a Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:

Person Specification:

  • BSc in Audiology or qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing through certified provider.
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audiology.
  • Consistent clinical audit results between 3-4.
  • Completion of 12+ CPD each year.
  • Met or exceeded commercial targets.
  • Demonstrated history of success and positions of responsibility within the field.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering holistic hearing care services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace innovation in audiology practice.
  • Dedication to upholding company values and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
