We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Management - Loans Platform to join our team. This role is located in Manchester – Hybrid.
Responsible for leading and providing strategic direction on product management, development and marketing processes for multiple highly complex global products that are high impact and high profile.
# Provide strategic input & decisioning, manage & reduce blockers, & ensure continuous flow of work, helping pod owners refine & reprioritize pod backlogs.
# Manage issue escalations and risks; track financials.
# Accountable for all risks originated from services delivered (including remediation efforts) & owns, manages and aggregates view of risk across P / P.
# Uses complete and detailed understanding of the product set to drive design or development considerations and validate that support model for post-rollout is in place.
# Responsible for managing product direction, strategy and overall related project execution plans.
# Contributes to the achievement of Product Management objectives.
# Fosters agile ways of working, DevOps, and automated testing.
experience in the syndicated loan market, private wealth loans, administrative agent, or other loan-type asset classes, or money movement, reconciliations, trading.
# Success standing up new teams, fostering growth and development, agile ways of working, and team collaboration.
# Effective coaching and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
# Extensive product experience and agile ways of working.
