As a Vehicle Progressor, you will be responsible for overseeing the progress of new and used cars from initial acquisition to ultimate sale.
This is a key role in ensuring a highly efficient, timely and cost-effective vehicle delivery process and an excellent customer experience both on the web and physically on the premises.
Liaising with numerous internal departments on a daily basis Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Valet and Management Marketing stock online using photos/videos, training provided.
Monitoring and controlling showroom and display areas.
Ensure quality of all vehicles meet MSL standards before placing on the forecourt.
Monitoring any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be asked of management to help us work as one business e.g.
NCTs, delivery of vehicles, collections from customers etc.
Possess excellent planning, organisational and co-ordination skills.
Be flexible in your approach to work.
