We are currently seeking a Vehicle Progressor to join our team in Little Island, Co.
Cork.
Key duties & responsibilities to include: Arrange and oversee the preparation of all new and pre-owned stock Carrying out a full appraisal on all vehicles as soon as they are in stock Receiving all new and pre-owned vehicles from outside suppliers and transport companies, ensuring that relevant delivery documentation and spare keys are present.
Liaising with numerous internal departments on a daily basis Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Valet and Management Supporting your colleagues to ensure our vehicles are ready for handovers and delivery.
Monitoring and controlling showroom and display areas.
Ensure quality of all vehicles meet MSL standards before placing on the forecourt.
Ensure all vehicles are displayed on the premises to the highest standards at all times Monitoring any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inspect vehicles before handover to ensure they meet and exceed customer expectations.
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be asked of management to help us work as one business e.g.
NCTs, delivery of vehicles, collections from customers etc.
Using Internal Systems to update and control stock management on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will ideally: Have motor trade experience, preferably with a service background.
Have a full, clean drivers licence.
Possess excellent planning, organisational and co-ordination skills.
Be efficient, with good attention to detail and follow-up.
Work well as part of a team.
Be an effective communicator.
Have strong IT and administrative skills.
Be flexible in your approach to work.
