As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company's sales efforts in the UK and European markets. Sales Leadership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that sales and margin targets are consistently met.
Client Relationship Management: Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Strategic Planning: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and contributing to the company's long-term strategic goals.

Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, particularly with high-value capital equipment and services.
Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships.
A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline and operate autonomously.
Experience in managing international sales territories is highly desirable.

Performance Objectives:

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (£600k Subcon, £400k systems).
Accurate Sales Forecasting: Provide precise sales forecasts and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to support future growth.
