Full job description Voltmetric LTD are looking for experienced Electrical Estimator to be part of a growing local business. We carry out all aspects of electrical work with a strong focus on both Commercial and Industrial electrical work. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing costs, and analysing electrical contracts. The role will involve developing and implementing electrical solutions for clients in partnership with an experienced and knowledgeable management, technical, and engineering team.

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessments to ensure estimates are competitive and reflect true project costs.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure accurate pricing for materials and labour.
Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on electrical systems and cost-effective solutions.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably within the office fitout sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software
Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
25 days plus bank holidays after a qualifying period
