Bodyshop Administrator

Overview

Our BMW Southend Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.

What you will be doing?

Planning and monitoring the work of body repairs staff

Implementing procedures and marketing strategies to drive business

Taking corrective measures and handling customer complaints or questions

Providing technical advice and reviewing estimates prepared by estimators

Purchasing parts and supplies needed for repairs

Maintaining relationships with insurance companies and adjusters in order to settle claims quickly and fairly

Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
