Our automotive client is seeking to employ a Bodyshop Receptionist to work on their busy front of house.
They are a Car Body Specialist in Southend specialising in high end paint and custom work to their customer’s vehicles, they have an excellent customer base from all over the Essex region. The team is highly skilled and get along well so you can expect to enjoyworking here
**Responsibilities of the Bodyshop Receptionist Include**:

- Ensure all telephone enquiries and bookings are answered in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.
- Liaising with customers agreeing the details of the work that is to be carried out and giving updates on their vehicles.
- Making sure all the images are correct for estimating.
- Arranging what is required for the engineers.
- Ensure any paperwork is correct and items accounted for.
- Correctly uploading data to the system.
- Checking parts prices are correct.
- Invoicing.

**The successful Bodyshop Advisor must be able to**:

- Approach every situation with a desire to understand and deliver.
- Listen effectively and communicate clearly.
- Approach every customer/job as a potential lifetime customer.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards the customer and job.
- Deal with any problems positively.
They are wanting to hire someone who has customer facing/front of house experience from within the motor trade i.e. Bodyshop, Car Dealership or Independent Garage in order for them to “hit the ground running”
Motor trade experience is essential.
