Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in This is a 360-degree role where you will be responsible for building and managing your own desk, from sourcing candidates to placing them with your clients.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with top talent through various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, networking and referrals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and placement.

- Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency, in a 360-degree role.

- Proven track record of success in achieving recruitment targets and building a strong client base and relationships.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

- Experienced in recruiting either:

  • Business developpement, sales or commercial rolesof the [specific industry or sector] is desirable but not essential
  • HR and/or roles
  • Senior support roles
  • Executive roles
