You have a proven track record in high-performing recruitment teams
Agile and adaptive, showcasing confidence in navigating fast-paced trading and technology environments
Passionate about harnessing data insights to drive business growth and deliver results
Leverage AI-driven platforms to craft compelling recruitment content, proposals, and communications
Contribute to Algo Capital's growth through global impacting projects
Driving and scoping DEIB (Diversity, Equality, Inclusivity + Belonging) initiatives with team members to support inclusive hiring practices
Provide consultative guidance on market trends, compensation, and best practices
Mentor and train junior recruitment consultants on industry-specific best practices
