Are you an experienced Reception Supervisor looking for an exciting new opportunity? My client is a stunning independent hotel looking to expand their Front Office team and bring in a passionate determined Reception Supervisor to help guide their team bringing brilliant service to every guest of the hotel.

The duties and responsibilities of the Reception Supervisor will be:

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations. Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism. Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest. Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities, including occupancy rates, room availability, and guest preferences. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations. The ideal Reception Supervisor will be:

Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role in a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ideally having experience in the Opera system. Salary: £12-13 an hour

Schedule: 40 hours a week
