As a Marketing Manager, you have many ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace.

You will lead the marketing efforts for our Operating Room (OR) products in Western Europe and develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and profitable market share growth. Your skills in planning and implementing these ideas make you an outstanding business partner and marketer.

Product Responsibility: Tables, Lights & Pendants

Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. We do so through our flexible workplace policy, which includes a minimum of 3 days a week onsite - This will be in Compton. What you'll be doing

  • Develop and complete the Western European operating room marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and market trends.

  • Own and drive the marketing strategy for OR products in Western Europe, ensuring consistent and coherent alignment across all countries in WEU.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and clinical affairs, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Build and lead the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and return on investment.

  • Run marketing performance metrics to optimise marketing strategies and tactics, including website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

  • Ensure consistent and coherent alignment across all countries in WEU, working closely with local marketing teams and other collaborators.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability in marketing, preferably in the medical technology industry.

  • Consistent record of success in developing and performing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of the OR market and customer needs.

  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and find opportunities for improvement.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to empower and encourage others.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Positive demeanour with a steadfast drive for efficient results

  • Collaborator with ability to bring team members and key customers together to reach a common goal

  • Ability to innovate and develop new insights through collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, negotiation, and teamwork

  • Objective and fact-based in all aspects of decision-making
