Charge Nurse - Permanent, Full-Time

Our client is seeking Charge Nurses to join their dedicated team in a modern mental health treatment facility. This facility boasts state-of-the-art features including secure gardens, a gym, hydrotherapy pool, patient practice kitchens, art rooms, and social areas. The service is being further developed to provide tailored treatment packages for patients with complex mental health needs. Provide senior nursing leadership to the nursing team, supporting the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager.
Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality care.
Ability to develop and implement flexible, innovative practices.
