Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ysbyty'r Tri Chwm, an elderly care NHS service in Ebbw Vale. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, working closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering medication to patients
  • Reviewing and planning care for patients, including implementing care and treatment plans
  • Liaising with other professionals, including families, to deliver care to patients
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC PIN
  • Up-to-date training certificates
  • UK Resident
  • Right to work in the UK
  • PMVA Trained
