• Erhält Anfragen von FL, prüft und verarbeitet die Anfrage, beschafft notwendige Informationen von anderen Supply Line-Funktionen (SL), Antwort an FL.

• Erhält die Aufzugs-/Anlagen-/Komponentenaufträge von FL und verbucht den Auftrag im SL-Auftragsbuch

• Verifiziert die erhaltenen Auftragsinformationen, lenkt das auftragsgebundene Enginnering und bestätigt FL den Auftrag.

• Sammelt, ordnet und sendet erforderliche technische Informationen an FL. Bezieht interne Interessengruppen wie erforderlich mit ein.

• Informiert FL, wenn Zeichnungen zur Genehmigung in EDMS bereit sind.

• Erhält und bearbeitet Klärungsanfragen von FL und liefert Antworten.

• Bestätigt Materiallieferzeiten und Transferpreise an FL

• Erhält “Unumkehrbar”-Bestätigungen von FL und aktiviert in ERP.

• Informiert FL über alle Abweichungen in Lieferabläufen.

• Kommuniziert und arbeitet aktiv und effizient mit FL zusammen, z.B. durch das Organisieren von Vor-Ort-Besuchen oder Kundenbesuchen /-meetings

• Verwaltet das Finanzergebnis von Aufträgen, d.h. ist verantwortlich für Transferpreise für Aufträge an FL und die Rentabilität des Projekts.
