With ambitious growth plans, they're seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Consultant to Lead on client projects and ensure you deliver tangible results.

As a key player in shaping their future, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to optimise, structure, and execute high-impact growth strategies. This role demands a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the intricacies of successful digital transformation and a knack for turning complex challenges into tangible results.

A brand operating at the top of its game, this is a senior role with no hand-holding. They’re looking for an expert in the consultancy game who can represent both the brand and client to the highest level and then some.

Digital Transformation Consultant - Ideal candidate:

  • Up to 4 years of experience in digital transformation in a reputable consultancy
  • Strong background in technology and regulatory/financial environments (desirable but not absolutely necessary)
  • Exposure to digital transformation and agile project management (MUST HAVE)
  • Prior experience leading, managing, programmes or portfolio delivery for clients and customers
  • Comfortable communicating/presenting to all stakeholder levels and managing expectations, workloads and priorities
  • Proven understanding of delivering from traditional and agile perspectives
  • Eager to learn and grow within the wider tech space
  • Experience with RAID and cross-functional dependency management
  • Calm under pressure and able to consult clients to a high standard
  • Ambitious, not satisfied by the bare minimum and willing to go the extra mile for things you believe in
