The client is a successful FMCG manufacturer based in Tadcaster in Leeds.
The Maintenance Lead will work Mon-Fri days and be responsible for:
Owning PM systems for the Line, focusing on Defect Handling, Breakdown Elimination, and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
Drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned Downtime, and own: CMMS data accuracy for the line; PM Strategy for each individual asset that makes up the line; R&M costs and budget development and management for the line.
The Line Maintenance Lead is the PM systems owner for their line(s). They are responsible for eliminating breakdown related losses and optimizing maintenance efficiency
The successful Maintenance Lead will have:
Electrical qualifications (HNC preferred) and preferably be time-served.
The Maintenance Lead will be paid a competitive salary, work days Mon-Fri and be a valuable asset to the engineering team as they will be influencing departments to operate more effectively.
