We are founded on a mission to make cities cleaner, healthier and more liveable for everyone.

Our passionate, driven team is made up of seasoned operations experts, brilliant developers, and high performing product and growth teams. With some great financial backers, and during a period of significant growth, we’re at an exciting stage. To help us navigate growth alongside our goals we’re on the hunt for a Data Analyst to join us in our Finance team.

About the role:

  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of delivery operations, highlighting areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Work closely with operational teams to implement data-driven solutions to enhance overall delivery performance.

Customer Insights:

  • Analyse customer feedback and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement in the delivery experience.

  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Sustainability Reporting:

  • Contribute to the development of sustainability reports by analysing and reporting on the environmental impact of cargo bike deliveries compared to traditional delivery methods.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing, and other teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes and data needs.

  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What skillset do you ideally need?
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in a logistics or transportation-related industry

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting and environmental impact analysis is a plus.

What we offer:
  • Work with a talented team, with regular online and in-person support from our central team.

  • Grow your skill set and advance your career with onboarding and ongoing support from your manager, as well as a personalised training budget.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role, with a lot of responsibility and decision making.

  • A salary range of between £35k-£45k per annum depending on experience and/or share options.

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

  • A green salary sacrifice scheme for cycling and electric vehicles.

  • Access to ONSI for store discounts and employee wellbeing services, including counselling.

  • Enhanced maternity / paternity leave

We promote equal opportunities and a workplace where each individual can contribute and realise their full potential. By working actively to embrace diversity, we can enrich every discussion and decision at Zedify and bring our purpose to life. Our goal is to help create a workplace where everyone feels welcomed and included, and treated fairly and respectfully.
