Job Title: Fabric Engineer Location: Chiswick Park Salary: £35,000 per annum * Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Chiswick Park. As a Fabric Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining our estate to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on various fabric elements within our estate.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Address any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Undertake outside work to maintain the estate grounds.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric maintenance techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
