MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling D2C subscription brand. The business is scaling FAST and they’re looking for a new Head of Performance Marketing to own their paid advertising strategy, with a particular focus on Meta ads. They’re ideally looking to hire a driven, ambitious and personable individual who is showing the potential to be a future Director/Business leader for them.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️A minimum of 5 years Performance Marketing experience, ideally for a D2C subscription brand.
⭐️Proven experience with Meta ads and other paid channels
⭐️Extremely strong technical skills with platforms such as Shopify & Klaviyo.
⭐️Strong landing page and email marketing experience would be great
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you :
⭐️Basic salary from £55k - £65k
⭐️26 days holiday + bank holidays
⭐️Learning & Development budget
⭐️Up to 10% Bonus
⭐️1% Equity stake in the company (potentially flexible)
