An exciting medical software-as-a-service startup in Central London is looking for a Head of Marketing to help the business expand into new markets.
As Head of Marketing, you'll lead and execute our marketing strategy, driving growth and brand leadership. Overseeing both outbound and inbound efforts, you'll work closely with a talented team to ensure impactful and cohesive campaigns.
Your leadership will shape strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and generate leads, positioning their company as a leader in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's growth goals and market positioning.
- Lead and Build the Marketing Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Drive Brand Awareness: Elevate the brand's visibility and reputation through targeted campaigns, content creation, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee Multi-Channel Campaigns: Manage and optimize marketing initiatives across digital, social media, and traditional channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and support business objectives.
