Developing SEO and Content Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align
with business goals and drive organic growth, focusing on both technical SEO and content strategy.
● Content Management: Oversee the content roadmap, manage a team of content writers, and ensure the
performance of our blogs in terms of driving web visits, inquiries for events not on sale, and revenue.
● Technical SEO: Oversee the implementation of technical SEO strategies, including conducting regular
website audits to identify and rectify technical issues, and ensuring website optimization.
● Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic
search growth and guide content creation.
● Content Optimisation: Lead the creation and optimization of on-page content, metadata, and structured data
to improve search visibility and user experience.
● Lead and Collaborate with Content Creators: Manage the content team to ensure SEO best practices are
integrated into the content development process.
● Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics, using data to
generate insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Target compensation package:
£60-£75k+ quarterly bonus + share options + benefits.
