Product Manager
London • Remote or Hybrid

BP Energy’s business-led innovation team (Vista) is hiring a Product Manager to lead digital product delivery across high-impact innovation initiatives. Vista helps future-proof BP’s global Supply, Trading & Shipping organisation by identifying, testing and scaling new technologies, business models, and commercial opportunities.

This role is ideal for a product manager experienced in building AI-enabled products, running experiments, and navigating complex global organisations.

Understand each Vista product’s goals, commercial drivers, constraints and timelines
Advocate for Scrum, run ceremonies and drive clarity across engineering squads
Coordinate and run user testing, build test plans and analyse results to decide whether to improve, pivot or stop work
Monitor the competitive landscape in trading and digital innovation
Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
~ 7+ years of digital product management experience
~ Strong understanding of Agile and software development processes
~ Excellent communication skills for writing Epics, Features, User Stories and UAT
~ Commercial mindset and ability to prioritise based on business impact
