We're excited to partner with our esteemed client to find compassionate individuals ready to make a real difference as a Team Leader. Are you passionate about supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health challenges? If so, we want to meet you Your Role: As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of creating a safe, nurturing environment for adults facing various challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the registered manager to maintain a secure and supportive atmosphere.
  • Using your qualifications and experience to provide personalised care for adults with unique needs.
  • Offering emotional support and guidance to help individuals navigate behavioural and emotional hurdles.
  • Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans and strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car (due to the location).
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with adults from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong behaviour management abilities and a deep understanding of safeguarding.
