You'll also coordinate trials and validations to optimise material and packaging concepts, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders like IGC, Iceland, Slimming World, and others. Your role extends to providing comprehensive support for factory launches, guaranteeing operational readiness and quality standards adherence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills building open co-operative relationships, customer facing experience
Four years minimum experience with an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of FRM food manufacturing, processes & equipment
HACCP and Food Safety trained
