Looking to join a dynamic and innovative team in the field of mental health care? Established over four decades ago, they've become pioneers in providing top-tier mental health, specialist care, education, and social services across the United Kingdom. We are currently seeking a Registered Deputy Ward Manager to join our purpose-built facility in Darlington, providing acute adult mental health services.

Work with the Ward Manager in the delivery of excellent care and the ongoing development and improvement of the ward.
Ensuring that the ward team possesses the skills, knowledge and motivation to deliver the highest quality of care to service users with complex mental health conditions who require stabilisation in a safe and secure environment.
Ensuring that they and the team uphold MHA and MCA standards and work to uphold the NMC's code of practice
Ensuring all relevant policies are in place, reviewed and updated as and when necessary in liaison with the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team
A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) and current NMC registration,
Relevant experience demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
Exceptional teamwork skills, coupled with self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in our 24/7 operational environment, which includes weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
