Responsibilities: Work with the Ward Manager in the delivery of excellent care and the ongoing development and improvement of the ward. Ensuring that the ward team possesses the skills, knowledge and motivation to deliver the highest quality of care to service users with complex mental health conditions who require stabilisation in a safe and secure environment.
