Our client, a top-ranked law firm, seeks a Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant for their Litigation department in Chiswick. This role involves supporting a senior solicitor with secretarial and administrative tasks, such as typing, preparing legal documents, and managing schedules.

Provide secretarial support to a Solicitor in the Litigation department.
Audio/copy typing of letters, attendance notes.
Prepare court forms/legal documents.
Attend to clients in person and on the phone.
Electronic and manual filing of documents.
Conduct legal research.
Legal experience in a law firm.
At least 3-4 years of previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant, preferably in litigation.
Proficient computer skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Pro for bundles.
Excellent audio typing skills.
