Location: Oxford Assignment type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays Working environment: Office based Hours per week: 37 (Monday – Thursday 7:30-4:30 Friday 7:30 -13:00) Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rate
The responsibility of the Contract Steering Coordinator is to gather information from all internal and external sources on project relevant processesDesign, develop and manage project management tools for the successful implementation of a new contractThe implementation of project management tools to control and minimise risksTo collate, organise and measure and report the project statusTo communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirementsTranslate customer requirements into proposed actionsDesign end to end processes to ensure stable working operationsPrepare and present material for meetings and workshops with mid-level management teamsOwnership of Workwear Champions Circle at all necessary locations
What you’ll need to succeed – Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business Management.Strong communication skills, in English and GermanExperience of contract managementAbility to operate under pressure and able to find ways to resolve conflictsHighly accurate in numeracyExpert in MS Excel, and building dashboards in Power BIPossess the tenacity to follow things through and ensure owners of issues shut them down with the required outcome
