We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Director in the client planning team. Reporting directly to the Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships across the charity, FMCG, and financial services sectors.
This opportunity will give you direct access to some of the most senior people in the agency to help aid progression.
The requirement of the role requires broad experience of multi-media planning across online media channels, with previous activation / buying experience in the digital space.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take on greater autonomy in client management and data led media planning with a focus on pushing the boundaries in our ever-evolving industry.
Effectively craft and present strategic response to briefs ranging from smaller tactical projects to quarterly and annual planning cycles.
Manage client relationships at a mid to senior level, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
Manage the end-to-end finance process ensuring accuracy in client budget management, invoicing, and forecasting.
Maintaining strong relationships with media owners and ensuring up-to-date knowledge of new developments and media opportunities.
Supervise and mentor a team of two direct reports, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant media research and market trends affecting your clients’ accounts, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry.
Accurately report, refine, and optimise clients media investment on an ongoing basis to drive continuous improvements in performance.
Proven experience in managing client relationships at a mid to senior level, preferably within an agency setting.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
A strong understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X) and other digital platforms (practical in-platform experience is an advantage)
A passion for media planning and marketing
Proven track record in planning and executing 360 media campaigns for clients at a range of budget levels.
