As Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will lead and deliver the digital marketing strategy for Ohme - spanning acquisition, engagement, retention and growth. You will oversee and optimise our digital ecosystem (paid media, SEO/organic, CRM/lifecycle, analytics) and collaborate across functions to ensure digital marketing is a key growth engine.
Develop, own and execute the digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, SEO, CRM and lifecycle channels.
Drive performance marketing initiatives, optimising CAC, CLV, ROI and pipeline contribution.
Lead the planning, production and execution of demand generation campaigns (digital-first) including campaign creative, channel strategy, landing pages, tracking.
Oversee content strategy and social/organic growth to raise brand visibility, drive engagement and support acquisition.
Lead CRM, automation and lifecycle programmes to improve adoption, retention and overall customer lifetime value.
Use data, analytics and reporting to provide insights, recommend improvements, and inform strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Sales, Partnerships, Operations) to align marketing activities with business goals and partner priorities.
Manage and mentor more junior digital marketing team members or external agencies as required.
Continuously test, iterate and optimise campaigns, channels and creative to maximise performance and scale.
Proven track record (typically 5-7+ years) in digital and performance marketing leadership, ideally in a B2C and/or partner-channel environment.
Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), SEO/organic, marketing automation/CRM tools and analytics platforms.
Experience building and scaling digital marketing programmes in a fast-growing environment (scale-up preferred).
Excellent project-management and prioritisation skills; Creative and strategic thinker who can combine big-picture vision with executional rigor.
