Craft: Job Description: Senior Performance Marketing Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing Team at King. As a member of our Performance Marketing team, you will have the freedom to explore new strategies, test your hypotheses, and attract high-retaining players. You will work closely with an experienced team and have access to the latest ad tech and techniques, ensuring that you are at the forefront of the industry. Responsibilities: Serve as the key project manager between our Performance Marketing team and the Studio/Product team of our popular Candy Crush Saga franchise. Use a growth hacker approach to uncover untapped growth potential and broaden our outreach. Collaborate with important individuals from various departments within the company to analyze and enhance the user funnel. Act as an ambassador for Performance Marketing, effectively communicating plans, initiatives, and performance to the wider King business. Collaborate with Games Studios, cross-channel marketing, and creative teams both internally and externally, utilizing your exceptional project management abilities. Apply your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in user behavior within games and paid digital campaigns, which will help shape our buying strategies. Immerse yourself in the Games team to explore new opportunities that have not been utilized by the Performance Marketing team. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and trends in mobile, ensuring that we are implementing first-to-market strategies. Implement new processes and develop solutions that provide valuable insights. Research and analyze competitor activity across all channels. Conduct marketability tests, from hypothesis through to results analysis, to drive growth and innovation within Performance Marketing strategies. Train and develop new members of the team on our proprietary technology. Requirements: Highly experienced in working at a mobile gaming or mobile advertising company. Proven track record of effectively managing individuals across different areas and hierarchies. Skill in working together with relevant parties to advance product development and accomplish campaign goals.
