Showroom Assistant

We are looking for a Showroom Assistant to join our London office on a Part-Time basis, working 22.5 hours over 3 days per week . This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis of 3-6 months .
As a Showroom Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our London showroom offers an inviting and engaging showroom experience, that reflects the PAIGE brand. You’ll be the go-to person for supporting daily showroom operations, from ensuring our space is beautifully curated to managing inventory and assisting the sales team. This role is all about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our clients, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome clients in the showroom, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Product Presentation: Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is always visually appealing and well-organized.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and handling customer inquiries.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of product inventory, including receiving new stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing inventory reports.
- Order Processing: Assist in processing orders, including documentation, order entry, and coordination with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients for scheduling showroom visits, follow-ups, and ensuring all their needs are met during and after their visit.
- Showroom Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring all products are displayed according to company standards.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing showroom events, including product launches and client presentations.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a retail, showroom, or sales support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work full time hours during peak showroom periods.
