Altus Partners are excited to be partnered with an investor-backed Software Unicorn which has secured significant funding from some of the world’s leading Private Equity, and Venture Capital funds. Their investment will help fuel an aggressive push into the US market and further development of new innovative technology, allowing to remain at the forefront of their industry, and drive them toward an eventual, high-profile IPO. They are seeking a Head of FP&A to report into the Finance Director. You will help lead a world-class FP&A function, provide critical insight into the business’ drivers, and support on broad corporate development activity including M&A and JV’s. This is a truly unique opportunity to be a part of a new technology unicorn and one of Europe’s most exciting SaaS businesses.


Oversee the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting across all of the business’ operations
Provide insight into the business’ drivers and financial forecasts and results
Support wider corporate development activity, including M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures
Evaluate the benefits and risks of key business decisions. Contribute to winning key commercial deals
Build strong partnerships within the finance function and the rest of the business
Lead a high-performing team across multiple locations with a focus on talent development


Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with 5+ years post qualified experience
