We are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll and Benefits Co-Ordinator to complete payroll processing, pension schemes and benefits arrangements such as maternity pay. The postholder will form part of a small finance team.

Payroll and Benefits Co-Ordinator

Part Time/All Year Round

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience as a payroll coordinator and ideally in an educational setting

Good knowledge of legislation relevant to payroll, and educational payroll in particular

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Comfortable with MS Excel and its analytical functions, also Word and Outlook

Attention to detail and ability to complete queries to a satisfactory conclusion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to answer staff queries and provide support

Demonstrable team player attitude

A competitive salary (full time equivalent of £30-35,000) is offered, for circa 15 hours per week.
