Support the company's regional organization and customer engagements (will require global travel)
Contribute to RTA software product trainings
Provide second level of support (first via RTA hotline)
Participate to events, publishing withe papers, documentation and video on most common used cases for RTA products
Support the product development team on the elicitation of customer requirements
Provide consulting at customers
Support, coach and mentor FAE team members
Master degree (or PhD) in an engineering discipline (e.g. computer science, control engineering/theory, electronics)
~ Must be willing to travel to support the needs of the UK and overseas business units
~ 5 years+ experience in area of embedded software
~ Experience in requirements engineering
