Are you an experienced District Nurse looking for ongoing contract agency work in London? Join Search Healthcare, we provide high quality community nursing care across Central, North, South, East and West London. We are actively seeking skilled District Nurses to join our team supporting NHS patients withing their own homes and the community. Duties: Community Nursing Care: Providing essential nursing care to patients in their own homes, including wound care, administering medications and managing chronic conditions. Patient Assessments: Conduct assessments of patients' health needs, develop care plans and monitor their progress. Health Education: Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, medication, and lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes. Collaborative Care: Work closely with GPs, other healthcare professionals, and social care teams to deliver integrated care.
