Job Title: District Nurse

About the Role:
Search Healthcare is seeking an experienced District Nurse to provide high-quality community nursing care across London. As a District Nurse, you will be responsible for providing essential nursing care to patients in their own homes, including wound care, administering medications, and managing chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of patients' health needs and develop care plans
• Provide patient education on managing health conditions, medication, and lifestyle changes
• Work closely with GPs, other healthcare professionals, and social care teams to deliver integrated care
• Conduct home visits to assess patients' living conditions and provide support

Requirements:
NMC Registration
Experience in District/Community nursing
Excellent community skills
