Job Description

Pharmacovigilance Specialist – 12 months contract - £41 per hour umbrella rate

Location - Maidenhead

The Regions Pharmacovigilance Specialist will be a member of the GSPV Regions team. The purpose of the role is to support the ODCS Hub in integration activities and deliverables. This position will work closely with the Regions Partnership Oversight Lead while engaging with key stakeholders relating to the integration of ODCS and Digital Media programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the ODCS integration workstream and ODCS Hub by developing of the integrated processes, best practices, and decision trees relating to ODCS and Digital Media activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring, in sync with the integration objectives, consistency, and compliance of activities against standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the integration meetings internally and cross functionally and ensure effective and efficient communication between the project team and cross functions.
  • Support ODCS activities which include monitoring and management of ODCS and Digital Media programs and ensure that they are adequately reflected within relevant tools and platforms.
  • Supports other ODCS Hub activities and initiatives as required

Position Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree in a scientific field
  • 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the pharmacovigilance department.
  • Expertise in EU, USA, and international PV regulations
  • Experience in the execution of ODCS and Digital media programs
