Legal PA | Leading City Law Firm | City of London | Up to £36,000

Our client, a leading international law firm based in stunning brand new offices in the heart of the city are now looking for a Legal PA to join their Construction team. This is a varied role, working closely with another PA on the team to provide support to fee earners, including Partners.

Construction experience is not required, but previous experience within a litigation team supporting your own allocation is necessary.

The Role:

As the new Legal PA, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Meeting organisation
  • Travel arrangements
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for fee earners, liaising with clients
  • Inbox management
  • Drafting, formatting and checking letters and legal documents
  • Support with billing and recording fee earner time
  • Processing expenses
  • Assist with business development and marketing
  • Opening/closing of matters including compliance
  • Work closely with other team members, providing support where necessary
  • General administration

About You:

  • Experience in a similar Legal PA/ Secretarial role within a city law firm
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
