Quality Control Manager - Permanent Salary - £30-32k (Negotiable dependant on experience) Location - Ilkeston Hours - Mon - Fri 40 hours Customer Care / Quality Control / Packaging / Manufacturing / CIPD / Ilkeston / Permanent The Recruitment Group is working with a family-run business within the packaging industry working with food products, cosmetics, household, agricultural, and high-end consumer goods. They are committed to delivering quality solutions every single time. Our client is looking for a Quality Control Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and care wherever possible and however necessary. Your meticulous approach and dedication will help contribute to the overall success of our client's operations and further establish them as a trusted and leading provider in the industry. Main duties and responsibilities of a Quality Control Maanger: . Quality needs to exceed customer's expectations. . Undertake regular quality checks twice a day and ensure job specifications are followed. . Be confident to stop production if job specifications are not being followed and production is not to a high standard of quality. . Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; Contact customers once projects/jobs have been completed and received by the customer to gain feedback - feedback is to be logged and communicated to internal teams. . Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. . Liaise with the sales team, production team, and management. Experience/knowledge requirements for a Quality Control Manager: . Previous experience in a similar customer care/quality controller role in a similar manufacturing industry. .
